Astronomy is the study of celestial objects including comets, asteroids, planets, solar systems, moons, suns, milky way, and galaxies. The creation of the telescope widened the scope of what astronomers could study. Now, satellites and the space station are used to further our understanding of the solar system and all it contains. World of Astronomy is a collection of websites discussing the listed subjects and more. These websites have something for most age groups and most levels of proficiency in the study of Astronomy.
